	OPEN HOUSE AT DWH ON May 20, 2006
	April 30:  Houston Aviation Center will sponsor an Open House on JMay 20, 2006 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at United Flight Systems, our Houston Cessna Pilot Center affiliate.  United Flight Systems is located at David Wayne Hooks Airport, 20119A Stuebner Airline Road, Spring, Texas.  The Open House will feature the technologically advanced Garmin G1000 Integrated Avionics Suite which will be displayed in the new Cessna Skylane.  A complementary lunch and refreshments will be offered. SPECIAL PRICING WILL BE OFFERED ON ALL SKYLANES AND TURBO SKYLANES SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY BEFORE JUNE 30, 2006.

	CESSNA ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASES FOR 2006 SINGLE ENGINE AIRCRAFT
	NOVEMBER 1:  Cessna has announced that there will be a price increase on all 2006 single engine aircraft.  The retail price of a 172S NAV III Skyhawk will be $241,000.  A NAV III Skylane is priced at $326,150 and a NAV III Turbo Skylane is priced at $355,050.  The NAV III Stationair is priced at $448,160.  The NAV III Turbo Stationair is priced at $482,160.  Cessna will no longer offer a NAV I or II option on the Skylane or the Stationair.
